A4. To register your new produt warranty online please visit our Warranty Registration page to complete and submit your registration details. Alternatively, complete and post back the warranty registration card supplied with your appliance.

| Q11. What warranty will I get with a new Falcon product and what does it cover? |
A11. All new Falcon equipment is guaranteed against defective workmanship, faulty components and material for a period of 12 months from the point of installation providing the appliance is installed within two months of its manufacture. | Q12. What should I look for when choosing an equipment installation or service company? |
A12. All engineers should be suitably qualified and in the instance of gas appliance work, should be Gas Safe registered.
Additionally, any gas appliance fitted with a forced draught burner system, including the Falcon Infinity fryer and Eloma gas combination ovens, require the engineer to have a COMCAT 5 qualification.
